Theoretical and methodological foundations of financial and investment management were outlined, namely goals, functions and types of financial management, system of financial management support, strategy and tactics of financial management, management of financial activities and capital of the enterprise, corporate finance and multinational financial management, and crisis financial management of the enterprise were considered. Also features of investment management and investment environment, investment decision making, investment project management and investment effectiveness evaluation, management of innovative investments, and risk management in investment management were characterized.
